| Jeffrey A. Daniels M.D. |
Dr. Jeff Daniels trained in New York City, where he graduated from New York Medical College, then did his residency in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital. He completed his training by doing a fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital.
After practicing on Park Avenue for 13 years, he decided he needed a change, so he packed up his family and his skis and moved to Big Sky Montana, in 1994, to open the Medical Clinic of Big Sky.
The Clinic has gone through many changes over the years, from the beginning under the original Gondola One housing, to a double-wide trailer in the main parking lot, to the facility that we now share with the ski patrol, and finally, to the new office serving the Meadow Village in the new Town Center.
He is currently a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Washington. Dr. Daniels is certified in ACLS & ATLS.
Dr. Ed Weber, of Big Sky Diagnostic Radiology, has been helping us at the Clinic for 10 years. Via teleradialogy, he over-reads our x-rays. He has an active private practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and writes books that are very useful for medical students learning anatomy and radiology. He spends several months in Big Sky skiing, teaching students, reading films, and taking an active part in our busy Clinic. He's the guy in blue at the bottom of the page in the student elective section/reading materials.
Dr. Lee Sammons has been helping us as a part time physician for the past several years. Dr. Sammons retired from an active practice in Memphis, TN, and sees patients at our Town Center office during the ski season.
Dr. Carla Fritz joined the Medical Clinic of Big Sky in 2004 and left to be the team physician for the University of Montana sports teams in 2010.
